Air Fryer Recipes

Airfryer works similarly to an oven, using circulating hot air to cook food. Prior marination and seasoning of food is necessary for cooking, especially for vegetables, to reduce the nutrient loss and shorten cooking time. Although air fryers use less oil, overcooking or overheating can affect the taste and nutrition of food. Therefore, it is safer to follow recipe instructions.

Gaabor's GA-M6A air fryer has 360° three-dimensional hot air circulation for even heating; dual-temperature dual-control knobs for easy operation; 6L large capacity for family gatherings; non-stick coating for easy cleaning; and eight functional menus for multiple meals per day.

Chicken Wings in Airfryer

  1. First, prepare the ingredients by removing the feathery skin on the chicken wings and washing them thoroughly.

  2. Then, make two cuts on each side of the chicken wings for marination.

  3. Next, add cooking wine and ginger shreds to the chicken wings, wear disposable gloves and rub the wings to remove the fishy smell. Then, add chicken marinade and rub them evenly again.

  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight on the top shelf of the refrigerator.

  5. Before cooking, preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Remove the marinated chicken wings and discard the ginger shreds. Place them on the air fryer basket lined with foil.

  6. Put the basket into the air fryer and set the temperature to 200°C and time to 6 minutes. After 6 minutes, flip the chicken wings and cook for another 6 minutes at 200°C.

The air fryer chicken wings are ready to serve.

Fried Shrimp in Airfryer

Shrimp chips can be fried in an air fryer, and the chips made in an air fryer are not greasy and are fluffy and clear with bubbles, making them healthier to eat. However, it is important not to add too many shrimp chips at once, as this can cause uneven heating and affect the texture of the chips.

Instructions for frying shrimp chips in Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 180°C for about 2 minutes.

  2. Place the arranged shrimp chips in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 180°C for 10 minutes. Let them sit in the fryer for about 3 minutes.

  3. The key step is to remove the shrimp chips once they stop popping and shaking in the fryer, and flip them a few times like a chef stirring a pan, and return them to the fryer for multiple repetitions until they are cooked.
