Version Popcorn Chicken

Materials


A piece of chicken breast, an appropriate amount of pepper, an appropriate amount of salt, 1 egg white,  1 egg, an appropriate amount of starch, an appropriate amount of breadcrumbs.





Cooking Method


1. Dice chicken breast, add salt, pepper, egg white to marinate for half an hour and make it tasty;


2. Put the marinated chicken dices into the starch and the whole egg liquid one by one;


3. Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 200°C;


4. Then put the chicken dices evenly and bake for 5-10 minutes at 200°C. Hot popcorn chicken is completed!


Tips

For the quick-frozen popcorn chicken purchased in the supermarket, put a tinfoil and apply a layer of oil to prevent sticking to the fryer, set to 15-20 minutes at 200°C, and fry them until golden.
