The electric egg beater is a tool used to thoroughly blend the egg whites and yolks into egg liquid or separately beat the egg whites and yolks until foamy. The electric egg beater can quickly and easily blend the egg whites and yolks into egg liquid for making steamed eggs. Currently, there are mainly two types of egg beaters on the market: manual egg beaters and electric egg beaters. The electric egg beater can also be used for kneading. The kneading method with the egg beater is as follows:
Take a kneading bowl, preferably made of ceramic or stainless steel. Then pour an appropriate amount of flour into the bowl and make a small well in the middle of the flour. Add water, yeast, or other ingredients into the well.
After adding the ingredients, try to keep all the ingredients in the well, ensuring that the inside of the well is moist and the outside is dry flour. Use water to fully dissolve the yeast, then use chopsticks to stir from the center of the flour well, gradually dissolving the surrounding flour into the water until all the flour is dissolved and formed into a dough.
After stirring the flour, let the dough sit naturally for half an hour. If the weather is cold, it can be left for a longer period of time, such as an hour or two.
After the dough has fermented, we can start kneading it with the egg beater. It is best to use an electric egg beater, which can quickly and effectively knead the dough. Take out the electric egg beater and insert the dough hook into the dough, then hold the bowl with one hand and the egg beater with the other hand. Set the speed to medium and start kneading.
Generally, it takes three to five minutes to knead the dough. If it is for making cakes, you can add some butter to the dough and knead it with the egg beater.
After kneading the dough well, remove the electric egg beater and cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Place the bowl in a warm place and let the dough ferment on its own.
After each use, the electric egg beater must be cleaned: remove the mixing ball, mixing fan, and mixing cylinder, and rinse them with water. Do not drop or strike the egg beater during cleaning.
Once a week, wipe the entire device with a damp cloth. Do not rinse the device with water to prevent water from entering the electrical components or bearings and causing damage to the device.
Every month, lubricate the sliding parts inside the machine and add wear-resistant gear oil to the gear box.
Check the looseness of the belt to prevent belt slippage and damage.
